Participants will:
Learn the basic practices that result in safe food handling.
Be shown how to maintain effective personal hygiene when working with food as per their establishment requirements.
Learn how to prevent cross contamination in a food business; and measure, record, and act on temperature of high risk food, that are in the danger zone.
Be able to prepare, serve, and store food hygienically and safely.
