Description
- The course starts promptly at 8:30am with classroom theory.
- Enclosed shoes and a Hi-Viz vest (or similar) must be worn during the practical stage in the afternoon.
- Course completion is between 3 – 4 pm approximately.
Work Safe Forklift Card:
Prerequisite:
- Minimum age: 16 years old
- Driver licence: not required.
- This certificate allows the holder to operate a forklift in an off-road situation.
“F” endorsement certificate and Unit Standard 18496:
This certificate allows the holder to drive a forklift on the road.
Prerequisite
To be eligible for the “F” endorsement a person must hold a full NZ licence (other than a motorcycle licence). The tutor must sight this on the day of training.
