Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WLN)   Employer-led Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WLN) funding is provided to employers to set up a sustainable literacy and numeracy programme to increase the literacy and numeracy skills of employees that reflect the needs and priorities of their workplace.
